After years of watching state funded vehicles being used like personal cars, one Provincial Police Commander is doing something about it. The Acting PPC of Enga Province, Chief Inspector Martin Lakari is warning public servants in Enga province not to drive around in Government vehicles without the proper “P” or “Z” government plates, or his police officers will detain them.
